Time for a heartwarming story? Here is a great one!

After receiving exceptional care from Dr. Barnett for a surgical procedure, Ellie wanted to give back! 💛

With help from her sister, Josie, she set up a lemonade stand to raise money for kids receiving care at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center 🏥 through our Children's Miracle Network Hospitals Program. Together, they raised an impressive $250.87! 💰

👻 30 teams from across the medical center have put their creative skills to the test, transforming ordinary pumpkins into extraordinary works of art. From creepy crawlers to creative silliness, these pumpkin masterpieces are a sight to behold! 🕸️

It's almost time for the 23rd annual Pumpkins in the Park and we couldn't be more excited! This Sunday, October 19 from 11 am to 4 pm at the Anah Shrine, 1404 Broadway in Bangor, we'll be joining other community-minded organizations for a day of fun, costumes, and of course, pumpkins! 🎃 🍂 👻

All proceeds from this spooktacular event benefit UCP of Maine, supporting children and adults with physical, intellectual, and mental health needs. And we are happy to share that Northern Light Health will be participating again this year, so be sure to stop by our pumpkin patch and say hi! 👋

Michele is a passionate advocate for her patients who need hospice or home health services, often times working additional evening hours and around patient/family work schedules.
