Some are teachers.

Not everyone who misses someone is “grieving loudly.”
Some people are grieving in the grocery store.
In the car.
In the middle of folding laundry.
Some people look completely fine…
but they still talk to someone who isn’t here anymore.
They still wait for a sign.
They still replay that last conversation.
They still wish they had said one more thing.
Here’s what I’ve learned:
Your love doesn’t end.
Their awareness doesn’t end either.
The connection changes…
but it doesn’t disappear.
The ones in Spirit don’t want you stuck in guilt.
They don’t want you wondering if they’re okay.
They want you living.
They want you laughing again.
They want you to know they’re closer than you think.

Jewelry? We’re not mad about it. 😌
But the real work of Valentine’s Day?
Learning to love yourself.
Real self-love isn’t ego.
And the loudest ego is usually covering a wound.
We’re all still figuring it out.
So give yourself grace.
Give others grace.
And if someone brings chocolate or flowers while you’re doing your inner healing…
accept it. ❤️

Lately, many of you have been telling me…
You’re tired. Emotional. Restless. Wide awake at 3 a.m. Feeling like something is shifting — but you can’t quite name it.
You’re not imagining it.
Coming up on February 17th, we move toward what many call a “Ring of Fire” eclipse. Eclipses have always symbolized illumination — not just in the sky, but within us. They have a way of bringing hidden things to the surface.
And from there, the energy intensifies toward the end of February, often referred to as a “Fire Horse” activation — a push-forward kind of frequency. Fire energy doesn’t sit quietly. It moves. It purifies. It asks for courage.
But here’s what Spirit keeps reminding me:
Everyone shifts in their own timing.
Some people feel it as motivation. Some feel it as exhaustion. Some feel it as clarity. Some feel it as emotional release.
There is no comparison. There is no race. There is no “I should be further along.”
Your path is not someone else’s timeline.
If you’re feeling stirred up, instead of looking outward, go inward.
Ask yourself: ✨ What am I being shown right now? ✨ What patterns am I ready to release? ✨ Where have I been avoiding my own healing? ✨ What would loving myself look like in this season?
This isn’t about dramatic change. It’s about honest reflection.
Energy doesn’t force — it invites.
And the bravest thing you can do during powerful energetic windows is sit quietly with yourself and tell the truth about what you need.
You are not behind. You are not broken. You are unfolding.
And unfolding takes exactly the time it takes.
