Thank you to our community for helping bring our residents joy & laughter.
This was our second year opening our doors to trick or treaters and it was a huge success!! Many of our residents signed up to pass out candy. We have had positive feedback from everyone who participated. Thank you to all who brought smiles to their faces!

We are excited to celebrate and recognize Stacy Sorli as the recipient of the Mother Mary Angela Service Award! She truly lives the mission and values of Bangor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and Covenant Health.

This award is important because it comes from peers who have recognized each other’s talents and commitment to the core values of compassion, integrity, collaboration and excellence, to our Catholic identity, and our mission to provide healing and care for the whole person in service to all in our communities. It is called the Mother Mary Angela Service Award to honor the legacy Mother Angela left the Felician Sisters and inspires us today. Mother Angela’s call to service and faith began when she was a child, and it grew to a lifetime of caring for the poor and vulnerable in her community. Within the construct of the Congregation, she was able to expand this ministry and reach beyond her imagination. Last year the Felician Sisters celebrate 150 years of ministry in the United States! Our ministry here has continued to provide healing and care thanks for the vision of the Felician Sisters.

We proudly acknowledge and celebrate each of the eight people nominated: Stacy Sorli, Lisa White, Sandy Evans, Jedes Barrios, Ashley Brown, Darlene Fellis, Diann Tilley, and Nate Howard

Congratulations!!!

Today we held our Summerfest BBQ with a special guest ā€œBlessingsā€ šŸ“. He was the star of the event! The residents and staff enjoyed grilled dogs, macaroni salad, fresh cut šŸ‰ watermelon for lunch. Our team also provided fresh doughboys and fresh squeezed lemonade. It was a gorgeous day to be outside.
