Community Health and Counseling Services

Providing Home Health, Hospice and Mental Health Services to people in central, northern and eastern Our services are provided 24-7, 365 days a year.

CHCS is both a Medicare/MaineCare certified home health agency and a comprehensive community based behavioral and mental health provider. We work in collaboration with other health care providers to assist people in accessing care that can help them transition from and/or avoid more intensive and expensive forms of health care services.
