Community Health and Counseling Services Providing Home Health, Hospice and Mental Health Services to people in central, northern and eastern Our services are provided 24-7, 365 days a year.

CHCS is both a Medicare/MaineCare certified home health agency and a comprehensive community based behavioral and mental health provider. We work in collaboration with other health care providers to assist people in accessing care that can help them transition from and/or avoid more intensive and expensive forms of health care services.

Our 2025 Festival of Trees is underway! CHCS Foster Home Developers starting this annual fundraiser in 2020 to bring awareness to Foster Care. As of August, 2,289 children were in state custody.
There are many ways YOU can help support foster care.
•Spread the Word! Help us raise Awareness!

•Donations: Events like these are a fun way to help a great cause & raise awareness!
•Become Foster Parents! Full time providers & Respite providers needed!
