It may seem simple, but its also real. The best way to prevent getting sick with the flu may be just washing your hands. Mom was right. This counts for colds and and other infectious diseases like COVID-19 too. Just soap up, scrub for 20 seconds and rinse. You know when to do it. The flu can be serious. Don’t forget to get your flu shot too. Flu shots are available from your medical provider, but also at many pharmacies and even some grocery stores.

At the same time, they give caring, hands-on attention to our patients and their families. We appreciate all of our MAs for their important work and their dedication. Thank you!
