🌟 Now Hiring: Mobile Diversion Coordinator in Bangor 🌟
We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated individual to join our team and make a real impact in our community!
The Mobile Diversion Coordinator (MDC) serves as the primary contact for our Mobile Diversion & Navigation Program—working directly with individuals who are at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness. This role focuses on connecting people with resources, building strong community partnerships, and helping prevent homelessness before it starts.

💼 What You’ll Do:
• Provide case management and support to program participants
• Connect individuals to housing and community resources
• Collaborate with local providers and partners
• Conduct outreach, presentations, and community engagement
• Maintain program documentation and assist with participant needs.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (or equivalent experience) An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience working with individuals facing homelessness, substance use, or mental health challenges
• Strong communication and outreach skills
• Reliable transportation, valid Maine driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Are you looking for flexible, rewarding work with great benefits in the greater Bangor area? Community Care is seeking a full-time Case Coordinator to join our Treatment Foster Care Program.

The Case Coordinator works closely with service providers, foster families, and birth families to coordinate services and support youth in care. This role helps ensure children and families receive comprehensive, well-coordinated services while working toward the goals in their service plans.

Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinating services with providers and treatment teams
• Facilitating team meetings and service planning
• Supporting foster parents and birth families (when approved by DHHS)
• Providing supervised visitation and in-home support
• Offering one-to-one rehabilitation support for youth
