Hey Friends!

Check out this wrist stretch to relieve those tight wrists!

How to do it:

1. Extend your right arm straight out in front of you, palm up.

2. With your left hand, gently pull back on your right fingers until you feel a stretch in your forearm and wrist.

3. Keep your shoulder relaxed, and don’t force the stretch.

4. Hold for 20–30 seconds, then switch sides.

5. Repeat 2–3 times on each side
