Had such a lovely time this weekend offering a private yoga/sound journey for a very special lady's batchellorette weekend. You know you're doing something right when it turns out the man she's marrying was a childhood friend of mine. I just love how the universe always has your back! Hug Thabks to Anna for finding me and congratulations to Sarah and Angelo 🩷🩷🩷

I LOVE offering these and feel so grateful to have found a powerful way to use my voice and send healing frequencies into the world. Keep me in mind for your next getaway or event.

Blissful Barre with Shannon Baker Burbridge starts tomorrow Thursday March 12th 5:30 PM. This 45 min barre/yoga fusion class improves muscle endurance, range of motion, and flexibility incorporating easy to follow ballet barre routines set to fun music. All levels welcome!
