✨ What’s the point of drawing a mandala?
A mandala is more than just a beautiful design — it’s a way of communicating with yourself and your inner wisdom. As you draw, it becomes an extension of your energetic field, helping you focus your attention on a question, challenge, or intention.
Through the shapes, patterns, and colors that emerge, a mandala can reveal clues about the deeper process behind what you’re experiencing. And the most amazing part? The work continues even after the drawing is finished — the mandala keeps supporting reflection, insight, and balance.
Our latest mandala drawing class at Whole Wellness was a wonderful experience, and I’m so grateful to everyone who joined. (Photos coming below!)
