The foliage is great and this cooler weather is perfect for a long hike.
Remember to stretch before hiking! And if you over do it, we are here to get you back out there! I think we are going to have a very beautiful, long foliage season - perfect for hiking. You may see Lily and I out there for a walk around Eagle Lake!
