Blanche understood.
Dorothy warned us.
Sophia would tell us to toughen up.
Rose would somehow be sleeping just fine.

This isn’t laziness.
This isn’t aging.
This is hormones with ✨theatrics✨.

Menopause really expects you to keep everything together while your hormones are doing whatever they want behind the scenes.

You show up.
You function.
You smile.

And meanwhile your internal thermostat is set to rotisserie.

Funny, yes.
Relatable, absolutely.

But here is the thing. It does not have to be this way.

So many women are told that suffering through menopause is just the price of getting older.

The hot flashes, the exhaustion, the mood swings, the feeling like your body is no longer yours.

That narrative is outdated.
There are ways to support your body naturally.

Contact us today and speak to our expert Dr.Christy Seed.

I’m sure a lot of you can relate to this but remember we don’t have to be miserable during the perimenopause and menopause years!!!

IYKYK. 🤬

Perimenopause hits and suddenly your husband’s peaceful little inhale feels like a personal attack from the universe.

The rage? Real.
The exhaustion? Realer.
The urge to smack someone who’s sleeping like a toddler after a warm bath? Astronomical.

Listen… you’re not crazy.
Your hormones are.
And every midlife woman knows that “nighttime serenity” turns into “who TF is snoring in MY house?”

If your inner lioness has made a few late-night appearances, you’re in the right place.

Tag your midlife bestie who’s currently plotting murder over loud breathing!

Conducting a highly unscientific study to see if returning to the summer of 1993 will reset my hormones, nervous system, sleep quality, and overall tolerance for nonsense.

Methodology includes questionable beverages, plastic footwear, aggressive hair lightening, and music recorded illegally off the radio.

If this works, I will not be taking questions.

If it doesn't, I will still be wearing the Jellies.

Drop your suggestions for anything that "fixed everything for 5 minutes" so we can expand the study.

Menopause isn’t something you can just push through.

It's:
•Wide awake at 2am, staring at the ceiling.
•A wave of anxiety that hits mid-morning for no reason.
•A body that aches like you've aged 20 years overnight.
•And then putting on a brave face at 6pm, because your family, your friends, your colleagues all expect you to just "get on with it."

Too many women are told this is "normal" or "just stress." But deep down, you know it's more than that.

Here's the truth: your body is asking for support. And when you get the right support, life doesn't have to feel this hard.

Anyone else?! Perimenopause rolled in and suddenly I’m Ross Geller!🙄

Dramatic, emotional, and losing my mind over the smallest things. One minute fine… next minute I’m full meltdown over a sandwich.

Share with your midlife bestie who’s also living her Ross era right now.

Make sure to like, share and follow me!

When Nathan Lane said he was once young and full of hope but now he’s old, tired, and questioning everything… I’ve never felt more seen. 😭

Perimenopause really said: “Let’s make every emotion happen at once.” One minute I’m fine, the next I’m crying over a commercial and wondering if my hormones are plotting against me.

If laughter is medicine, then this scene is my daily dose. Here’s to hot flashes, mood swings, and finding humor in the chaos.
