This year’s charitable donation is Pathway Home!

Pathway Home Homeless Shelter, located in Baraboo, Wisconsin, opened its doors in 2021 with a mission to provide compassionate and comprehensive support for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Our shelter is designed as a nine-bedroom home that can welcome up to 24 people at a time, offering a safe, comfortable environment that feels supportive—not institutional.

Residents typically stay with us for up to 90 days, during which we focus on empowerment and stability. Through individualized case management, we work closely with each resident to address the root causes of their homelessness, connect them with needed resources, and support them in securing permanent housing. Our approach is grounded in dignity, community, and the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to rebuild their life.

Since opening, we have served over 250 individuals, each with their own story, goals, and potential. As the need continues to grow each year, our long-term vision is to expand and open an additional location so that we can continue providing hope and meaningful support for even more members of our community.

Let’s talk Skin Barrier !!

The skin barrier is crucial because it serves as the first line of defense for your skin and overall health. Epicutis body firming serum will forever be one of my favorites!

I used this two to three times a day while I was pregnant to help give nourishment to my belly skin while growing sweet Coco. The hydration provided a gentler way for my skin to grow without the tearing that can sometimes happen when the skin stretches too quickly without the proper support.

I am prone to stretch marks. I am not ashamed to say I have them from early development. I was told that if you are prone to stretch marks, you will likely get them while you’re pregnant. I was not comforted by this statement and luckily knew enough about skin to give it a fighting chance. As beautiful as growing life is, I wanted to try and prevent against them on my abdomen. I did not get a single stretch mark while pregnant and grew a 8lb 7 oz baby. I continued to use it through postpartum to help firm my skin back, not quite to my pre mama self, but what I would consider an accomplishment!

During this journey, at times, I was uncomfortable in my body but have found ways to help support the skin during these beautiful changes. Growing life is incredible but also can be taxing on the women’s mind as we change. I heard this from many friends and found comfort knowing I was not the only one and that this wasn’t a selfish statement. I am grateful for this journey and for what it has given me. I hope through all my little findings it helps support other mothers along the way ❤️

The clinic will only be open Tuesday and Thursday this week as we celebrate the life of our beloved Grammie (our mother’s mom).

On Saturday we unexpectedly had our sweet Grammie pass away. She lived in a suite on the side of our parent’s house and was always our shining star.
She was a big part of our lives and our hearts break knowing we can’t just pop over and see her to tell her about our day or ask her for her advice. She always encouraged us to become entrepreneurs and is a big reason our clinic is what it is today.

She taught us to believe and love God with all our hearts. As she has returned back to the Lord it is such a bittersweet, we will miss her on earth but she is now in heaven with our Grampie who passed several years ago. We will always cherish our memories with her and continue to honor her.

If you have appointments on Wednesday or Friday we will reach out to you to reschedule. Thank you for giving us grace this week as we figure out the details, with family, while still providing care to all of you!

It’s a true reminder to love one another and be kind as life is so precious and can be taken away so quickly. 😇
