Are MagnaWave machines the same as a TENS unit?

Well the answer is no they are not the same.
(This is a question that gets asked to me on a regular basis, so let me explain the difference.)

TENS stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation. A TENS is a smaller, hand-held device that anyone can utilize for personal use. These devices use electricity to target and eliminate pain. MagnaWave machines emit a Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) which travels much deeper into the body, penetrating muscles, tendons, and even bone! PEMF aids the body in flushing out toxins and increases oxygenation on a cellular level, which in turn reduces pain. TENS and MagnaWave are two separate types of technology and use different methods to aid in the body’s pain relief.

I too was once that horse crazy young girl with a Mom who busted her butt to make my dreams come true. 📢 ANOTHER WIHA ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

Megan & Maze finished 6th in English Showmanship yesterday! I am confident I will be getting more updates from her tonight since all of the under saddle non-speed classes are today.

I absolutely adore this team! Maze is everything an English horse should be: big, bold, and beautiful. Megan is an outstanding youth rider who also does Pony Club, three day eventing, and more.

She is from a completely different world then I grew up in but I appreciate her tenacity, drive and try. Her horses are always her priority and after chatting with her during a few sessions I realized … we really aren’t so different afterall. I see a lot of the same love for the horse & ambition I had at her age and I would even go so far as to say she’s taught me a few things in our conversations.

So thankful MagnaWave introduced us! Proud of your accomplishments this weekend Megan!

In Hand Trail District 3 Division B 8th Place goes to this amazing duo!

I am so incredibly proud of this young lady. They JUST got their horses a few short months ago, have poured a ton of time into investing in their health & wellness plus riding & training to prepare for this show. It is paying off! Maddie joined the Reedsburg WIHA team this year and is already showing what she is made of.

A little confidence boost with an amazing outfit thrown together with a little help from your favorite MagnaWave Practitioner’s personal show/rodeo stash doesn’t hurt a bit either. Red just may be your color! 🫶🏼😉

🌟 WIHA SHOUTOUT 🌟

Several of our YOUTH CLIENTS have made their way through Regionals and earned their place at the State show this weekend in Madison, Wi at The Alliant Energy Center. I’m aware of riders that I personally work with from Reedsburg Area High School as well as River Valley High School.

It’s not all “barrel bettys” this weekend & some of our barrel racers are venturing out into other classes & events as well! There is something for everyone including in hand classes, horsemanship, equitation, hunter hack, dressage, ranch riding, & speed classes. I am so proud of each and every one of these young ladies & blessed to be along for the ride as their MagnaWave Practitioner.
