Hi sweet !
As the cold weather sets in, I wanted to share a quick reminder with Cold & Flu Season being back 😷
While we share a lot of wonderful things in the treatment room — relaxation, pain relief, and peaceful energy — we don't want to add germs to that list!!
If you’re feeling under the weather, please cancel or reschedule to give your body the rest it needs & keep from spreading anything to others. I’ll always do my best working with you to find another time once you’re back to feeling 100%!
To keep things fair for everyone, my cancellation policy will still apply, with exceptions made for inclement weather (yay, snow!).
Here's to keeping everyone healthy and cozy this winter💆🏻‍♀️

Happy Monday & Thanksgiving week my friends 🥰

Sharing some important info…I am in the process of moving from Square to Vagaro for my online booking & appointments platform! If you have a previously scheduled appointment for after December 1st, it will be moved to the new system…and I will be getting my booking links switched over in the next few days.

Please just keep in mind that if you, or someone you’ve gifted to, has a gift certificate from me…the QR code will no longer work, just FYI.

✨Now Booking Lymphatic Drainage Massage✨
Because of its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects, Lymphatic Drainage is indicated for a large number of health conditions. However, you don't need to be sick or in pain to benefit from this gentle treatment!!

Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage is unlike other styles of Manual Lymphatic Drainage. How?! 👉It uses slightly more pressure (but still much lighter than therapeutic massage) and a pumping technique that's extremely effective at quickly & effortlessly draining the tissues of fluid and decreasing inflammation!
