We are practicing Yoga with Chair this Sunday at 9:30am.
Chair yoga is a modified form of traditional yoga that allows you to perform poses, stretches, and breathing exercises while seated or using a sturdy chair for support.

Tonight!!! Candle Light Yin Yoga with Props from 6-7pm.

You'll be guided through relaxing postures with long holds designed to access deeper flexibility in both muscle and connective tissue. The warm glow of candlelight helps to focus the mind inward, releasing stress and resetting your energy. By using the props, we get to explore different varieties of the poses or modify them during the class.

Both, In person and Zoom options will be available.
