Introducing the 2025 Employee of the Year-“Mama Bear” Brenda Olson from Reception
She has been with OPP for almost 5 years.
She is dependable, efficient, so kind, and self-driven. She is productive, organized, and detail-oriented.
She is always willing to help anyone, whether it's professionally or personally. Our OPP team does not have to worry or micro-manage…not even one little bit, as Brenda will have it done before we even ask. She is so unselfish, patient, and often never thinks about herself first.
The residents can trust her, rely on her, and know she will always be there for them. She has a warm, gentle soul.
Brenda is a true asset to OPP and anyone who comes into her path, and she is completely irreplaceable! These attributes contribute to the success of all of us who work here!
