❄️ Meadow Ridge Senior Living would like to give a very well-deserved and heartfelt THANK YOU to the entire staff for the amazing teamwork they displayed earlier this week during the blizzard. We’d like to share the kind words that Administrator Whitney Graff wrote about her staff in appreciation of their efforts.
“In our line of work, care does not pause for weather. Every hour of every day, individuals rely on us for safety, comfort and quality care and our commitment to those we serve remains our top priority. I want to sincerely thank all staff for the extraordinary commitment they continue to show. Your willingness to put those we serve first reflects the hearts of who we are as an organization and facility. Our residents are incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated team. Please all continue to stay safe and thank you for your support to each other and the residents.” ❤️
Below are a few examples of the teamwork Whitney witnessed over the past week:
• Opening their homes to one another in the event someone needed to stay over to be closer to work
• Offering rides home from work if someone had a vehicle that was better suited for the snow
• Staying after their scheduled shift until the incoming shift arrived safely
• Getting up early, cleaning snow and preparing to come into work on your day off “just in case”
