The Children's Advantage AxessPointe Community Health Center is set to open this spring in Ravenna!

Leading up to the opening of this new site, our mobile unit will be offering pediatric services like flu vaccinations, sick visits, and physicals at 711 N. Freedom St. in Ravenna on the following dates from 8AM - 12PM:

Call 330-510-4747 to schedule an appointment with our pediatrician, and stay tuned for further updates on this site as we continue construction.

This is a reminder that AxessPointe Community Health Centers will be closed on Monday, January 19th in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Regular services will resume on Tuesday, January 20th.

This website is where patients will be able to access the Patient Portal, make appointments, and find information about our locations, providers, and services in the future. Dr. Awad and Dr. Furdich of our pharmacy department recently published a paper on pharmacy-led hepatitis C (HCV) treatment, with data gathered from five federally qualified health centers in Ohio across ~300 patients. The results demonstrate a higher and faster cure rate among pharmacy-led programs compared to standard care, showing the value of integrating pharmacists into HCV treatment.

Earlier today, several of our departments came together to learn from the Ohio Council for Cognitive Health's Dementia Friends training, presented by Marty Williams.

This training expanded our knowledge and helped us better understand how to serve those living with dementia.💙

This morning, Clinical Pharmacy Manager Kenneth Furdich was recognized as a 30 for the Future Honoree in the presence of both Akron Mayor Shammas Malik and Greater Akron Chamber President Steve Millard. The award signifies leadership and a commitment to building a better future in the Greater Akron area.

Thank you to all the families who were at the I Promise HealthQuarters for House Three Thirty's Back-to-School Event yesterday! We’re proud to be a part of our community’s collective health journey, and we hope to provide many more physicals and exams to better our youth’s wellbeing for many years to come.
