Cumberland Falls is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of a Parks Program Services Leader. This position is ideal for a highly skilled individual with expertise in outdoor recreation and historical interpretation.

Minimum Requirements:
EDUCATION: Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in recreation, outdoor recreation, park resource interpretation, physical education, history, environmental education, biology, forestry, botany, zoology, anthropology, archaeology, area studies, cultural studies, art history, geography, parks and recreation management or administration, sociology, paleoanthropology or a closely related field.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Organizing, promoting, and evaluating year-round recreational programming and special events.
• Developing weekly program schedules during high-visitation periods.
• Providing historical and cultural interpretation for park guests.
• Assisting with the maintenance of hiking trails and the collection of biological specimens.
• Ensuring the proper operation of pool facilities and completing necessary recreational reports.
• Maintaining positive public relations and performing departmental administrative duties as assigned.
