Windsor Gardens Senior Living is located in the heart of Bardstown offering Assisted Living and Personal Care services. We also have a secured unit for residents with memory impairments. The Ivy, our memory care unit uses the Best Friend's Approach by the Alzheimer's Association to better meet the needs of those diagnosed with Alzheimer's and other dementias.

🔹Did you know we offer onsite laboratory testing🔹

Our EmpowerMe Wellness therapists have been cross trained to perform diagnostic testing including blood, urine, and respiratory panel testing. EmpowerME Wellness Diagnostics provides hospital grade laboratory testing. The labs are collected on site and sent to our hospital grade laboratory. A physician's order must be provided to complete the testing and the cost is billed directly to the resident's insurance company. Results are typically received within 24-48 hours and will be sent to your physician all without you ever having to leave the comfort of your home! Feel free to ask to speak to one of our EmpowerMe Wellness diagnostic specialists for more information!
