PLEASE be careful on the freezing road. This time last year a beloved regular customer lost his life to conditions like these in an accident. New Start will be open later today, it's just not safe and there's a lot of accidents already on the interstate and highways.

This is how I'm surviving a cruddy stuffy-sinus winter with the weather going crazy:
⭐ beloved one n only multivitamin rich in herbs and whole foods
🍄 pleuramax from oyster mushrooms
🍊vitamin c with bioflavanoids
🍍quercetin bromelain and even more vitamin c
🌿fenugreek and thyme to keep the drippy nose under control

🥁 and the new to us respiration formula with mullein, licorice, slippery elm, and even more herbs I'm already close friends with!

So far, so good! As long as I keep on top of sinus pressure I can avoid that post nasal drip that gives me a rough throat and cough.
