Are you taking a lot of pills to get your daily magnesium? Consider a powder! These are a small 5.5 gram scoop for a strong dose of magnesium. The Solaray is 350mg per scoop and 50 servings in the bottle, and is completely unflavored.
The Blue Bonnet is a yummy orange flavor, with magnesium carbonate for a fizz. It is 420mg magnesium carbonate and citrate per scoop, with 82 scoops in the bottle.
