New from Barleans! These new liquid multivitamin and d3+k2 are smooth, tasty, and easy to use for the whole family.

The multi is labeled for ages 1 and up and has a modest amount of all the basic vitamins and minerals, including folate b6 and b12 in the methyl forms.

The d3+k2 is labeled for ages 4 and up, with a nice string 5000iu dose of vitamin d perfect for dark winter weather.

I love one n only by Pure Essence labs because it is chock full of herbs and super foods, and even has enzymes to help you break it down most effectively!
