My first light is usually sunlight. But when the sun rises later, I protect my circadian rhythms by getting ready in red light. I’ve found that by doing so my cortisol surge is not so abrupt. And nobody wants that anxious feeling first thing in the morning. ☀️💦👣🙏🏻🌀🌎💃💖🌸✨🌈🌹
