With these harsh winter conditions, we want to remind everyone to take extra care of themselves and their loved ones. Cold weather can impact your health more than you realize.

Please watch for symptoms such as:
• Uncontrolled shivering
• Extreme fatigue or confusion
• Dizziness or weakness
• Chest pain or shortness of breath
• Numbness or tingling in fingers and toes

Tips to stay safe & healthy during this cold spell:
✔️ Limit time outdoors when possible
✔️ Dress in warm layers and cover exposed skin
✔️ Keep your home safely heated
✔️ Stay hydrated (even if you don’t feel thirsty!)
✔️ Check on elderly neighbors, family, and those with chronic conditions
