Cedar Hill Medical will be transitioning to a new EMR (electronic medical records): Epic, as of January 14th, 2026!

Please bear with us through this transition as all of our staff is being trained and will need time to learn the new system.

We will be able to offer our patients MyChart, a patient portal, to access their medical records soon!
