We are here to help you with all your caregiving needs. We will help you in every way necessary, caregiving goes beyond just medical necessities. Our huge showers here at PACE are just one of the ways we can help you with your caregiving needs for your loved one.

Wellquest River Valley PACE offers respite for families and caregivers, you don't have to do it alone.

~Meet Ebony!

Ebony is our Recreational Therapist, she is hard at work getting our activity room ready for your arrival! Filled with so many fun games and plenty of hands-on activities, ready to help your loved one socialize and enjoy the day.

Our PACE program will offer daily activities for our participants, Ebony has SO MANY things planned, such as Bingo, Chair Yoga, Wheel of Fortune, Karaoke, Arts and Crafts, and SO MUCH MORE!

Be sure to ask her for a calendar of planned events for the month, so you can keep up with all the exciting planned activities.

We are so thrilled to offer this hands-on opportunity for our participants, giving them precious moments in their day to socialize, have some fun, get creative, and be part of a loving community here at PACE.

Shelby will be transporting all our PACE participants to and from the center, and/or back home, along with any other specialized appointments they may have.

Remember, PACE provides ALL TRANSPORTATION for our participants, at NO COST, making getting to their medical and socialization appointments much easier.

The NEW WellQuest River Valley PACE Center is an exciting addition in the River Valley, strengthening our healthcare and social service programs in our community for the elderly.

Counties included in our service area will include:
SEBASTAIN, CRAWFORD, FRANKLIN, JOHNSON, LOGAN and SCOTT. Some counties are partial counties.

PACE stands for Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly.

What does this mean for your loved one?
We will help them live safely and independently in the place they call home, keeping your loved one in our community as long as we can, dedicated to providing for all their medical and social needs, including transportation.
