There’s a grounded sense of personal power: you know what you want, you act on it, and you don’t need constant external validation to keep the engine running. Decision-making becomes clearer because you trust your internal signals. Boundaries also firm up—not rigid, not leaky, just appropriately human.

Tonight’s Yin class will start at 6.

In a Yin class, poses are mostly done on the floor and held for a long time—often two to five minutes, sometimes longer. Instead of stretching muscles through effort, you relax into the shape and let gravity do the work. The goal isn’t to “feel the burn,” but to gently stress the deeper connective tissues: ligaments, tendons, fascia, and even the joints themselves. These tissues respond best to slow, steady pressure, not force.
