Tomorrow’s line up!
Zumba starting it up at 8:30 am! And she is running a special for $5 drop ins tomorrow!

Then Jennifer’s teaching the Saturday classes starting with a yoga basics and then followed by Level 1 chair!

As we start this new year, there are a few schedule updates! I will highlight some of the changes below.

-Sunday Yin will now be at 6:30pm.
-Thursday 6:45pm Yoga basics has been discontinued at this time.
-Saturday classes have been pushed back 30 minutes.

Zumba with Sweat Smile Slay will now be at the studio Wednesday 6:30pm, Thursday 6:30pm, and Saturday 8:30am! Please keep in mind that this is a separate business and they handle all their own payments, so yoga memberships do not include these classes.

Also Jennifer and myself have been working on Pilates certifications. So look forward to that rolling out in upcoming months. The Thursday night class being discontinued is just a temporary growing pain while I finish my Pilates, then I’ll add it into the schedule.

I just wanted to share some photos from today’s mini retreat. I truly enjoyed today, my heart is so full. I am feeling grateful for everyone who has believed in and supported Yoga with Kileen, and those who continue to show up as we grow this studio. I’m plan to bring more little retreats to the studio in the future. I hope everyone spent their New Year’s Day with rest and intention as they start this new year. Namaste 🙏🪷

Thank you to everyone who came out to the New Year retreat today. It was such a good time and I will be sharing some pictures later.

Just a reminder that there is no yoga this evening.
Tomorrow is retreat day, I have a few spots left but will be closing registration today.

Here is the New Years week schedule.
-Sunday Yin yoga will be at its new time of 6:30pm.
-Monday and Tuesday will be as normal.
-We will be closed New Year’s Eve.
-The New Year’s Day is registration only retreat.
-Friday will be as normal.
- Saturday classes have been pushed back slightly to make room for 8:30 Zumba! (Please note that Zumba is a separate business and yoga memberships cannot be used for those classes. See Sweat Smile Slay for their pricing 💃)
