“Get involved with politics or get out of pharmacy” was some advice that I have been given over my short career.

It was an honor to represent my community in Washington DC earlier this week. We met with the offices of Representatives and Senators from Georgia. We discussed how we need pharmacy benefit manager reform, and encouraged them to support bipartisan legislation that will allow us to continue to serve our communities for decades to come.

If you see an office you don’t like, that’s okay. This is not an endorsement of any candidate or party. I will continue to fight for our patients to have access to the pharmacy of their choice regardless of which politician is in office.
