We will post information on events such as smoking cessation classes, parenting classes or seminars. We will also post information for those needing help with such things as reducing the risks of delivering a low birth weight infant or how to cope with stress. The information provided is designed to help you and your family live happier, healthier and stronger and to provide direction to help make day to day challenges a little bit easier. This information is provided by the Lamar County Health Department and the Lamar County Low Birth Weight Initiatve.
