Continuing Education with AMTA-MA Last weekend Lj Stewart had the privilege to assist Tom Dubois and Raul Araque at the AMTA-MA Continuing Education event in Natick, MA teaching Active Isolated Stretching.

On this last day that Michelle Schuyler is at the Barnet Tradepost Wellness Center, we want to wish her well in all future endeavors; of the many practitioners who’ve gotten their professional start at BTWC, Michelle was amongst the most dedicated and responsible.

As her Mentor, I’m proud of her growth as a Massage Therapist.

Jacki Katzman, a certified Feldenkrais practitioner will be offering a 3-hour workshop on April 25 from 10am to 1pm.

The class will help you to develop a felt sense of your pelvic floor system, and experience how your balance, continence, and posture can improve with awareness. Lessons can be done lying on mats or sitting on chairs.

If you need to cross the iron bridge in Passumpsic to get to work plan on going a different way…it’s been blocked off the last couple hours.

Rte 135 to Woodsville has trees down, across the road.
There's reports of isolated flooding.
Powerlines are down in places.
