Elite Nation Wellness is a boutique fitness and recovery studio located on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, offering a comprehensive approach to health and movement. on recovery; open gym access; and wellness retreats. Originally operating as Wellbeloved Wellness, the studio has a long-standing presence in the local wellness community. Kayla began working at the studio in 2016 and, after more than a decade of experience within the space, purchased the business from the previous owner in 2022. Following the transition, she rebranded and completely revitalized the studio—expanding services, upgrading equipment, enhancing recovery offerings, and reimagining the overall client experience. Today, Elite Nation Wellness reflects that evolution: a modern, thoughtfully designed wellness destination focused on strength, longevity, recovery, and community.

Tonight’s Sweat for a Cause: Move for Miss Amy was something truly special.

Our donation-based Buti Yoga glow class brought together the most incredible mix of people… our Elite Nation community, families from Weebles Daycare, and so many new faces… all moving, sweating, and showing up for something bigger than ourselves.

Miss Amy, a beloved teacher at Weebles Daycare (where my kids go 💔), was recently diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer. And tonight, 100% of what we raised goes directly to her, her treatment, and her family.

✨ 75 minutes of movement
✨ Out of comfort zones
✨ A LOT of sweat
✨ A LOT of laughs
✨ And yes… a few tears

But more than anything, it was connection.

The kind that reminds you what really matters.
