I am so excited to share that we are working with Elisa Perella - Digital Marketing Strategist, on this next chapter for Elite Nation Wellness. Elisa has been a valued client of Elite Nation Wellness for many years and I finally decided to bring her on to help elevate our online presence.

The site just launched so this is only the beginning, but I am beyond excited to start this journey and continue building, growing, and evolving this business the right way.

The lights are back on at Elite Nation 🙌🏽

What. A. Week.

Between outages, plowing delays, and families still without power, this one tested all of us. Your patience, support, and understanding did not go unnoticed 🖤

We reopen TOMORROW and the schedule is LIVE.

🔥 Morning classes are on
🔥 Evening classes are on
🔥 Open gym blocks added
🔥 Extra recovery sessions added
🔥 And YES… both infrared sauna rooms will be up and running

If your class format shifted, please double-check your reservations in the app.

We cannot wait to move, sweat, and reconnect with this community. Storms don’t break us, they remind us how strong we are.

❄️ STORM UPDATE – WEDNESDAY EVENING CLASSES CANCELLED ❄️

Elite Nation Wellness will remain closed for evening classes + services as we are still without power.

To say this is discouraging would be an understatement. As a small business, being down this long is tough… but the safety of our team and our community always comes first. We are holding the vision and staying patient.

✨ The GOOD news…
While we wait for power to click back on, the team at is assembling our brand new infrared sauna unit and getting everything ready to go.

And when that power flips back on?
You already know we’re turning UP the heat 🔥

That means…
✔️ TWO infrared sauna rooms
✔️ Double the recovery access
✔️ More availability on the schedule
✔️ Even more Elite level recovery

In the meantime, we’ve added another FREE pre-recorded virtual class to tonight’s schedule so you can still sweat from home (if you have power). Check the app for access.

We’ll be back in touch later this evening with an update about tomorrow and whether we’ll be able to reopen in some capacity.
