I love the four seasons but I’m tired of shoveling! Anybody else feel the same? I will always recommend yoga for staying active but it’s good to mix it up as well with cross country skiing, snow shoeing, elliptical or rucking up and down the driveway. Just keep on moving! Heads up I’m available for private yoga sessions just send me a message.
