We're in search of 1-2 motivated individuals to join our team in the Burlington area. Community Support Professionals work 1:1 with adults, providing assistance in a variety of activities in the home and the community. Activities are centered around helping consumers achieve personal goals while encouraging the highest level of independence possible.
Daily activities may include, but are not limited too assistance with cooking, household chores, shopping, attending appointments, fostering communication, and daily documentation.
Successful candidates will be dependable, patient, compassionate, and have a positive attitude. The ability to de-escalate consumers in a vulnerable emotional state is essential.

This position requires a valid Vermont Driver’s License and access to a safe, reliable and insured vehicle.

We're currently looking to add 2 Full-time Therapeutic Support Staff to our 2nd shift team (3-11pm). Therapeutic Support Staff work with men who reside at our Residential Care Home serving as positive role models at home and in the community. All applicants must be understanding, patient, kind, and have the ability to set and maintain clear boundaries. All applicants should have the capability to assist with home chores, meal prep/clean up, and transportation. Basic computer skills and ability to complete daily documentation and medication delegation also required.

Per Diem positions are available. This is a great option for stay at home moms, college students, or anyone who enjoys helping others but can't or doesn't want to commit to a set schedule.

All positions require working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants will need to pass all mandatory background checks.

Several Shared living providers needed in barre or the surrounding area. Looking for an individual/couple who can serve as a positive role model at home and in the community. All applicants should have the ability to set and maintain clear boundaries while also being understanding, patient, and kind. Applicants must have an open bedroom, ability to help with ADL's when necessary, home chores, meal prep, transportation, and medication oversight. Tax free stipend, respite budget, in some cases day staff (mon-fri), training and support are all provided. A valid VT drivers license, safe, reliable & insured vehicle, as well as active renters/homeowner’s insurance required.

Case Managers are able to adjust their schedule to fit their needs as long as all job assignments are complete. Working from home is an option for applicants who are able to work Independently. This position does require travel to meetings, home visits, and medical appointments in Washington, Chittenden, Lamoille, Franklin and Windsor Counties. Travel is determined by case load assignment and location. This position includes scheduling medical and other necessary appointments, overseeing care of program participants, timely completion of required documentation, hiring staff, and helping individuals reach their goals by creating comprehensive treatment plans. Experience with case management/service coordination preferred. A Bachelor of Arts/Science required. All applicants must have a valid Vermont Drivers License, registered and insured vehicle, and ability to pass background checks. Compassion, empathy, patience and a sense of humor are required!!

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per houro

Activities are centered around helping consumers achieve personal goals while encouraging the highest level of independence possible.
Daily activities may include, but are not limited to assistance with cooking, household chores, shopping, attending appointments, fostering communication, and daily documentation.

We also have 3 LSA positions open in the afternoons, evenings, overnights and weekends. These positions provide support to consumers who live independently. The hours and days can be somewhat flexible.
