It’s been an AMAZING 2025 and I am so thankful to everybody who has been along for the ride! Thank you for supporting my micro business, my vision, and for growing alongside me. Let’s just take a moment and talk about 5NP, or Auricular acupuncture, which zeroes on the ear points. In most of the pictures that I have previously posted, you see the handle on the needle which is textured and thicker and where I hold the needle. The actual needle that goes into your skin is so tiny that it is often compared to a strand of hair. Insertion is quick and feels like a little prick and then it’s done and sometimes our needles talk to us, meaning there’s a sensation that we experience and then it passes. If you are curious or want to learn more, I invite you to reach out! If you would like to come try this for yourself, join me on December 28 for an open clinic that is offered by donation. Some days (most day really), this is what my practice looks like. Moving in between clients, in shapes and flows that invite space and depth so I don’t wind up stiff and tight. Practice can be anything you make it, anywhere you are. Just remember to soften your jaw, take a few conscious breaths and listen to your body. That’s yoga. That’s energy work. That’s mindfulness. That’s self care.

This is a sliding scale, drop in style clinic for ear point acupuncture. Just pay what you can, $0-$20, (which pays it forward to keep things like this going), but totally not necessary to pay anything at all to attend.
5NP is a wonderful practice to receive, especially during this hectic time of year, and give yourself a little self-care.

We move through these winter months navigating many changes, internally and externally. Just as water flows from liquid to solid, carrying with it elements of slowing down, protecting reserves and inviting stillness, we too are invited to slow down, nourish our vessels and emphasize introspection and stillness.
Creating daily practices that celebrate these aspects could look like getting more rest, building inner strength, eating warming foods, journaling, yoga, meditation or even just going to bed a little earlier.
Winter is peak Yin, so use this time to really move gently and find balance. Daily self care builds immunity, resiliency and helps us be more adaptable and less reactive.

You’ll be immersed in the soothing tones of crystal and Tibetan bowls, planetary gongs and drums, creating a deeply calming and transformative space.
