I love holiday sales! Over the last couple of years I have found online classes I'd like to take that qualify for the continuing education I need to keep up with my certifications and then I wait until the classes are on sale at the end of the year to purchase them. This year I chose a mindfulness class for my yoga certification and a mindful eating class for my health and wellness coach certification. Both classes are extremely motivating and in depth and I know they will give me many ideas for classes in the months to come. So, here is our first yoga class theme having to do with mindfulness....awareness. Our classes will be a bit challenging mentally this week as we practice either body or breath awareness as we move through our asanas (poses). See you on your mat!

There are still a few spots left.

There are still a few spots left.

When practicing yin yoga we hold poses for 3-5 minutes so we can get into the deep connective tissue of the body. We improve flexibility and joint health, reduce stress, and boost circulation. This class will target the throat and third eye chakras. We will concentrate on these areas physically and mentally to open the throat chakra which has to do with communication and the third eye chakra which has to do with intuition and inner wisdom. There are still a few openings.

🧠 Breaking Bad Habits Begins in Your Brain

✔️ Progress beats perfection.
✔️Consistency matters more than intensity.
✔️Small steps really do lead to big change.

Habits don’t change because you try harder—they change when you understand how the brain learns and give it the repetition, patience, and support it needs to change.

✨ Your daily habits shape your future.
✨ Rest is part of progress.
✨ Health is a journey, not a destination.

Put your brain to work for you and let change happen one step at a time.

Want to try something great for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health? Lisa invites you to try a Hatha Yoga class for free this Saturday, January 3rd. Classes are usually $15 each or 8 for $90. There is no obligation and no pressure to continue with classes.

Yoga mats, blocks, and blankets are available in the studio, so no need to bring anything but yourself unless you prefer your own equipment. You may want to bring water.

What to expect? We will start with a grounding exercise. This week it will be on manifesting (the weekly theme). Where / how do you see yourself now? Where / how do you see yourself a year from now? We will then do some gentle warm ups seated or lying down. We will do some yoga poses on the ground, transition up for some standing poses and then transition back down to the ground for some more poses on the ground. We will end in a restorative pose (no more stretching or strengthening) to bring everything we did in class together.

Lisa is a 500-hour, RYT who has taught over 1000 classes. She believes anyone can practice yoga- any age, any body shape, etc... Have a barrier preventing you--physical, emotional, mental or spiritual? She is willing to help you find a way to practice that is right for you. She strives to make classes a safe place where everyone feels welcome. Contact Lisa at : 978-257-8180 or lisa@burnouttoblisshealthcoaching.com

• A JOYful Observation •
Certain people feel like peace.
They bring a calmness and a steadiness to life.
They have a gentle strength that makes it seem like everything's going to be okay.
They make the difficult days seem possible and the beautiful moments last a little longer.
Life is better when we surround ourselves with that kind of peace.
