Many are coping with increased stress and anxiety as decisions are made about children returning to school and childcare school or returning to workplaces during this pandemic.

Some great options for stress management include:

*Connect with friends and family (stay connected even if physically distanced)
*Focus on what is within your control including any exercise, get out in nature, healthy food options and quality sleep
*Remind yourself of all you are doing and able to achieve even when so much can feel out of your control
*Set reasonable achievable expectations
*Practice relaxation and mindfulness activities
*Schedule activities for enjoyment and pleasure
*Shift thinking and set time to focus on gratitude and what we can be thankful for even during challenging times
*Consider Apps such as free COVID Coach, Calm, Headspace to offer tips and tracking for stress management
