- Here are a few easy exercises to help mobilize the ankles and keep them healthy for years to come!

1️⃣ Banded ankle dorsiflexion 1x15
2️⃣ Calf stretch w/ activation 2 min hold w/ 4x10 sec holds

Dr. Dave is 7 weeks post op today. Passed normal active and passive ROM so we let him loose with some box squats today. Consistency over time is why he is a head of schedule. He rehabs this almost everyday. Consistency always wins
