The moment everyone has been asking for and waiting for! Finally was able to stock up on the CBD creams with a new limited edition cozy cranberry one. As well as the gummies! The gummies in the bag at the back is full spectrum and the container in the front is the original ones I had! I have not found a CBD company that works as well as this one. Come on in to grab the items.

Update on my health and availability -

Tuesday my friend ended up calling rescue for me. My left side went weak and having conversations was difficult trying to find words of what I wanted to say. As the day went on I felt more and more like I was intoxicated when talking. Once at the hospital I couldn’t lift my left leg at all and my right was extremely difficult to lift. I didn’t have a headache at all this time. They did end up admitting me because even after medications I couldn’t lift my leg and my arm on left was much weaker. I am feeling back to myself now. They did do an MRI and MRA and blood work which is tests I needed done before returning to work. The tests came back clear. I have mentioned to all of the doctors about Preston’s Neuro issues in case there is a correlation. They are treating me now for a type of complex migraine. I am able to go to work again. I will need to call rescue anytime the body weakness happens to rule out stroke and also to avoid lasting issues. I am hopeful the medication they have me on will keep it away though!

So let’s get back to work!

Important Health Update

I’ve been putting off posting this, but I need to share what’s going on—both for my clients and my friends.

On Wednesday, 8/27, while in the middle of a massage session, I suddenly got the worst thunderclap headache of my life. It went from 0–100 in under a minute, all on the left side of my head. Anytime I leaned forward, it intensified. I pushed through the rest of the session, but by the time I left, I was still in pain—behind my eye, down my neck, into my shoulder. Later, when trying to open my car door, I realized my left arm felt weak and I needed both arms (and even my foot) to get it open.

I went to the ER that night. During triage, they noticed I couldn’t feel sensation as strongly on my left side compared to my right, so they rushed me back under a stroke protocol. CT and MRI didn’t show anything that night, and after being given migraine medications, I started feeling better. Exhausted and frustrated, I declined the lumbar puncture and went home thinking maybe it was just a bad migraine (even though I don’t usually get headaches or migraines).

The next day, neurology called me multiple times asking me to come in for an emergency follow-up. By Friday, I went in—and they told me they still had serious concerns. While it could be a complex migraine mimicking a stroke, they want to rule out other causes that could lead to something more dangerous. My neurologist ordered a stat MRA and has pulled me out of work for at least a week. She also told me I cannot strain myself, and if I ever get another thunderclap headache or sudden weakness/numbness, I need to call 911 immediately.

I am anxious, but taking this seriously. I want my clients to know:
• I will not be booking new sessions until after the MRA results.
• Once I return, I may need to limit services (especially deep tissue) until we fully rule out the more serious possibilities.
• There is still a chance I may need to abruptly cancel or stop mid-session if symptoms return.

I hate having to step back, but my health has to come first. I truly appreciate your patience, support, and understanding during this time.
