Today, Micheala had the opportunity to share her employment journey with families and job seekers with disabilities through the Family Employment Awareness Training for Adults (FEAT-A), offered by The Sherlock Center.

This impactful program continues to educate the community on the benefits of meaningful employment—and having powerful presenters like Micheala share what worked for them makes the message even stronger.

A huge thank-you to RIPIN for their hospitality, to the incredible panelists, and to our state partners. We look forward to continuing the work of expanding employment access and resources for all! 💼✨
