We wanted to share a little about how our practice works because we’re a bit different than traditional physical therapy clinics.

At Chicago Mama Physical Therapy, we specialize in women’s care. Every visit is one-on-one for a full hour, and you’ll always see the same therapist. We don’t rotate providers, consistency matters when you’re talking about your body and your health.

We focus on finding the root cause of what’s going on, not just managing symptoms. That means we look at the whole body: posture, breathing mechanics, hip mobility, core strength, even how your foot hits the ground. All of it can play a role in pelvic pain, leakage, back pain, and postpartum recovery.

Your plan is always personalized and realistic for your season of life — and yes, babies are welcome. We have a bouncy chair, toys, space for strollers, and tummy time is encouraged.
