Wondering when you can start working out after baby?
You’re not alone — and there’s a safer way than just guessing.

Your pelvic floor, core, and tissues need gradual rebuilding (not a sudden jump into workouts). A pelvic floor therapist can help you know exactly what your body is ready for.
