Tensile Strength Studio Barrington's premier boutique fitness studio! Strengthen and lengthen from head to toe on the Pilat There are no enrollment fees or contracts.

We offer Pilates instruction for individuals and groups on a punch card basis. Additionally, we have a robust Indoor Cycle program and weekly circuit and weight training classes are also available on a punch card basis. There are some monthly membership options available for those attending 3 or more classes per week.

We love you all, but JoAnn is taking us to the city for continuing education with !

Studio will be closed the entire day of Tuesday, July 16th, there will be no classes, private sessions or front desk staff that day.

Plan ahead and book classes or sessions on other days that week, classes will likely fill up quickly with being closed on Tuesday.
