This day was spawned when Amy Bleuel lost her father to su***de in 2013. The icon pays tribute to those who choose not to end their lives because their story is not over yet. A genuine connection and meaningful relationships can make an enormous difference for someone experiencing a suicidal crisis. American Foundation for Su***de Prevention conducted a study which showed over 354 first-time callers/chatters experiencing suicidal behaviors, these individuals felt a bond with their counselor, resulting in decreased suicidal desire and a restored scene of positivity.

Project Hope House salutes AFSP for their remarkable efforts to save lives and create a world without su***de. ***dePrevention
