NFL wide receiver Rondale Moore died Saturday from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was 25 years old. The sobering realities of tragic events like this are ones nobody should have to bear.

Drafted in the 2nd round in 2021 by the Arizona Cardinals, Moore was ushering in a promising career, overcoming a series of knee injuries which abbreviated his playing time. Project Hope House sends our condolences to Moore’s family and loved ones. ***deprevention

✨ What a Beautiful Start to Our Healing & Wellness Series! ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Week 1 of our Series of Healing & Wellness on February 9th. It was truly a special evening of connection, reflection, and renewal.

Emmett Sylvester gently guided us through Qigong movements that helped balance energy and awaken the healer within. Whether standing or seated, participants experienced the calming flow of breath and motion, creating a sense of peace and harmony throughout the room.

Lisa Hagenbuch then led a powerful Personal Energy Training exercise, helping attendees shift and rebalance a life issue or relationship with intention and awareness.

It was inspiring to witness such openness and shared energy in the space. 💛

We’re grateful to Emmett and Lisa for sharing their wisdom, and to each of you who showed up ready to explore, heal, and grow.

Stay tuned for Week 2 of the series — we look forward to continuing this journey together!
