Ingredients:
• 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
• 1 small orange, peeled
• 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (rich in probiotics)
• 1/2 cup spinach (optional for extra nutrients)
• 1 tbsp chia seeds (for omega-3s and fiber)
• 1 tbsp honey (optional for natural sweetness)
