Starting November 12 at 7:00 pm for 16 weeks and hosted by Emily Spillios, LCSW, you'll learn valuable skills such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, self-compassion/acceptance, balanced living.
