Cookie Swap & Crafts Workshop 🍪🎄🎅🏻 We each brought homemade cookies and created our very own handmade ornaments and wooden bowls, using festive designs. It was an evening of creativity, connection and holiday cheer at 219 with . Thanks all for coming! Stay tuned for more workshops and events to come in the new year!

I had the honor of being a guest on the Award Winning, #1 Top Series Podcast of 2025, #1 Most Shared Show of 2025 and #1 Top Episode of 2025, The Telepathy Tapes, hosted by Ky Dickens. I was featured on Season 2, Episode 8: Energy Healing Part 1: Consciousness at Work in the Body. Ky and I spoke of my experiences being a healer and how my Reiki journey began when my husband’s life-threatening lymphedema disappeared after a Reiki session with me. That experience essentially launched myself into a practice that now includes remote healing and vivid remote viewing experiences that transcend physical distance. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to share my healing work and I’m so thankful for everyone who has reached out for a session! Krysta from the business loan department at Haddon Savings Bank stopped by today with a big surprise! Working with her for our business needs has been such a pleasure and so seamless. It feels special knowing that she was thinking of me months after the our loan closing.

We had a great time this past weekend at ’s New Moon Manifestation and Intention Bracelet making class with Josie 🌕🌟🔮💜

We started with guided meditation and candle ritual to ground ourselves and set intentions for the New Moon cycle. After that we created our own very own intention bracelets with all of the amazing beads Josie had for us to chose from, that now serve as a daily reminder of our intention and the energy we’re calling in ☮️✌️

We also received tarot card readings from Paolo Lee, who couldn’t have been more spot on in his readings! It was a beautiful way to gain clarity and insight as we stepped into this new lunar chapter 🌙☯️🃏

Living Tree Wellness + are teaming up to launch the Barrington Kindness Garden, a permanent community space filled with hand-painted rocks carrying messages of love, hope, and inspiration ❤️🌞🙏🫶

Living Tree Wellness will also be hosting the Chili Cook Off in our parking lot at 219 Clements Bridge Road! Enter your best chili recipe and see who the local celebrity judges will pick to win! 🌶️🥇🏆
