Family Resource Center

Family Resource Center Wellness Classes, Cognitive Therapy Groups, Kids Wellness Groups and Community Activities help address some of these issues.

The Family Resource Center provides free mental health services, family workshops, community counseling, to prevent suicide and bullying, and promote mental health awareness and cultural sensitivity, and community resiliency. Family Resource Center focuses on Prevention and Early Intervention with mental illness through education activities that focus on domestic violence, alcohol and substance use, mental health awareness, suicide and bullying, historical trauma, and classes that strengthen community resiliency.
