There’s something powerful about walking the Medicine Wheel.

Over the past weeks a small group of us has been moving through the directions together — listening, reflecting, and gathering wisdom from each step of the journey.

Each direction brings its own teachings…its own questions…its own medicine.

Now we are entering the North, the place of wisdom, integration, and seeing life from a higher view. It’s the point in the journey where you begin to feel how all the pieces fit together.

Watching people reconnect with their inner knowing, their stories, and their place on the path is one of the most beautiful parts of this work.

This circle is closed for this round, but I already know this journey will be offered again next year.

Today is world sound healing day, and I just feel so much gratitude.

If you had told me years ago, that I’d be guiding sound baths, working with vibration and frequency, and witnessing the profound shifts that happen in those spaces, I might not have believed you.
While sound healing is just one part of what I do. It has become one of the most beautiful parts. Watching people soften. Watching nervous system settle. Sound healing has changed me as much as it’s changed others.

It has been such a sacred journey- and I’m so thankful for every person who has trusted me to hold space for them.
