Yup. My cycles have been shorter and I’ve had a few super short and a couple extra long cycles in the last couple years, but this is the first one I have missed completely! And it’s brought up a lot emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually, and whole BEing-ly. Some of which has been powerfully beautiful and so much has been deeply painful. I am not gonna bypass the hard. And also? I’m gonna celebrate the growth and freedom and healing when it comes (Often hand in hand with the hard and painful. Isn’t that the way of being an intentionally embodied human?) So, what can I celebrate with you? Feel free to share in the comments or in a DM!

Watching the last of the rain clouds dance with the mountains and slowly evaporate in the morning sun last week. Moments like these bring me such a deep sense of peace and joy and awe and playfulness. What brings these experiences up for you?

I love Autumn. The cool mornings. The cool breeze. The warmth of the sun. The changing colors. The last of the garden’s harvest. It’s a time where I feel my whole BE-ing gently shifting and easing into winter mode. A time when I’m reminded to release the past so Winter can do its job of composting what was to grow something new in the revitalized soil with the arrival of Spring and Summer. So, dear ones, if you are feeling an urge to slow down. Experiencing grief as you process and let go of what the previous year has brought. Craving warming, nourishing, gentle foods and activities. Maybe that’s exactly where you (we) need to be. Honoring the rhythms of Earth and ourselves as part of it all. Sending peace and love, Julie
