Roll purchased Heritage Hall and Heritage House in Bartlesville, OK. Recognizing a greater need to serve area elders, he built Heritage Manor in 1971, and Heritage Villa in 1985. Roll sold Heritage Villa to Birchwood Properties in July 2015. In turn, Birchwood retained the services of Arbor Springs of Oklahoma, LLC to operate Heritage Villa. In 2018, control of management and operations was retained by Transition Health Services, and they continue to oversee and guide Heritage Villa in all aspects to ensure a happy, safe, fun, and well cared for home for our residents. Heritage Villa was founded on the concept of families taking care of families, and we proudly uphold that concept to its fullest. Heritage Villa, alongside Transition Health Services, is like one big family dedicating our lives to taking care of your family.
