🚨 PLEASE DON’T BE ALARMED BY OUR NEW EMPLOYEE 🚨

Yes… that is a coyote in our flower bed.
No… he does not accept insurance.

After last year’s unexpected goose maternity ward situation 🪺😅 (shoutout to the mama goose who chose our landscaping as her delivery suite), we decided we needed a new strategy.

So we hired security.

We love wildlife — we just prefer it not laying eggs in our flower beds. 🌷😂

We’re simply trying to “void” off the geese before egg season gets out of hand. 🥚🚫

Thanks for understanding while we keep both our patients and our landscaping safe!

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Office Receptionist to join our dermatology team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping to create a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Schedule:
• Monday – Thursday
• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4-day work week)

Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
• Verify insurance and process co-pays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Coordinate with clinical staff for patient flow
• General administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous medical front office experience preferred, Dermatology a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
